Honeymoon- So Much Fun!

Dusty and I left for our honeymoon on August 30th. We flew to LAX and then got on our cruise ship. We went on a 7-night cruise to the Mexican Riviera. We had a blast. I think a cruise is the way to go because you don't have to find things to do, all the food is free, the pools are nice, and the entertainment is awesome. We were ready to come home and get back to life after the week, but we enjoyed every minute of our vacation.

Our first day there- we were both so tired!

Each day we had a different cute creature made out of towels. This is cute creature from Day #2

On our third day (Tuesday) we hung out on the ship and then went to the formal dinner that night. The food was good, and the cheesecake for dessert was to die for (but not literally).

Cute creature Day #3

Day 4 Puerto Vallarta. It was super humid, and a little dirty, but the shopping was fun.

Cute Creature Day #4

Day 5 Mazatlan

Cute Creature Day #5

Day 6 Cabo San Lucas

We had to ride a boat to get to shore-our cruise ship was too big to fit at the dock.

Water taxi-pretty cool

Us after a long day of shopping and relaxing on the beach.

Cute Creature Day #6

Faces and animals carved in fruit??? Who's ever heard of such a thing?

Day 7. Oh- how cute!

Wedding Day

Dusty and I got married on August 28th at noon in the Draper Temple. Dusty showed up 30 minutes late becuase he got stuck in construction. I was freaking out at first, but then it was so nice becuase we didn't have to do any waiting. We got in, did the paperwork, and then were married/sealed. It all went by so fast. But it was such an amazing experience. After the sealing we took some pics, and then went to get everything set up for the reception, which we had from 6-8 pm. The reception felt like it was 30 minutes long it went by so fast. I loved every minute of it, and I'm glad I now have pictures to remember it all. Enjoy. :)

Getting my hair done.

We're Married!!!

This is a good picture of Dusty's brothers... and Dusty looks sooooo good in this picture.

We had raspberry cheesecake instead of wedding cake- it was delicious.

Throwing the bouquet

Dusty's turn... yikes. :)

Looks like Wes caught it.

I love being Married!

Dusty's Big Race

I've got some catching up to do- I've been a slacker. The following pictures are from the 100 mile off-road bike race Dusty did in Leadville Colorado on August 15th. It was so fun to be there. We went with his mom, dad, and brother, Cody.

Dusty putting his racing number on his Jersey:

Starting Line: Dusty is the one in the middle. I couldn't believe how many people were there- it was crazy!

I don't remember the exact mileage here, but he has been biking for hours- I don't know how he did it. I would've died by this point.

Almost done- only 1.5 hours left.

Finish Line. Hooray! Dusty is amazing.

These are pictures of the hotel room in Leadville that cost us over $100 a night. It looked like it was going to fall over any second.
